The house is a series of staggered rectangles which are combined to provide solar control and protection from errant golf shots at this fairway home site.

Within this straightforward plan envelope, the interior spaces are organized on a diagonal “spine” that runs throughout the home. The resulting off-axis arrangement orients the inside of the house to mountain views.
