Setting the aesthetic tone for the project, this corporate headquarters in Stockton, California is the initial piece of a four-acre, 60,000-square-foot office-park master planned by Phil Pokorny.

The building program was multi-faceted, requiring a design that accommodates the five major divisions of the corporation, while concurrently providing close proximity between the key personnel of each division.

The simple shape of the building is differentiated into separate surface elements to provide relief and interest. A series of full-height columns offers a dramatic entrance into the headquarters.
